Product Description:

I. Equipment application description:
This machine consists of 6 groups of polishing heads, rotating disc, electronic control, and automatic waxing system.
1. The polishing part has 6 polishing heads, which are driven by motors for up and down lifting, forward and backward movement.
2. The turntable has a diameter of φ1960mm, and seven workstations are installed on it. The turntable can operate continuously or intermittently for different products under the control of PLC.
3. The electronic control part adopts PLC and button automatic control, which is simple to operate and has stable performance.
4. This machine is equipped with 2 wax tanks and 6 automatic spray guns. Waxing is automated, convenient and labor-saving. The waxing time and interval time are adjustable.
