I. Disc part
1) The disc part is mainly composed of a disc rotating mechanism, a workpiece rotating mechanism, a workpiece mounting shaft, a workpiece automatic clamping device, etc.
2) The disc rotates intermittently, and the dwell time of the intermittent rotation can be adjusted (the intermittent division adopts a high-precision divider)
3) 10-20 workpieces can be installed on the disc (different fixtures can be replaced according to different workpieces)
4) The workpiece is installed by vacuum suction
II. Polishing machine head part
1. There are 4 sets of polishing machine heads in total. Its main functions are:
1) Lifting motor. It plays a lifting role when the machine is manually adjusted, and plays an automatic compensation role during the automatic polishing process.
2) Polishing wheel main motor.
3) Rotating disk. It can rotate 360 degrees. (The polishing head of this equipment is equipped with multiple turntables. By adjusting the position of the turntable, basically all circular workpieces can be polished, including inner and outer diameter polishing)
4) Horizontal adjustment support plate. It plays a fine-tuning role during adjustment
5) Advance and retreat motor. It plays an advance and retreat role when the machine is manually adjusted, and plays an automatic compensation role during the automatic polishing process
6) Polishing wheel. Different polishing consumables can be replaced according to different workpieces
III. Electrical control part
1. Power supply 380V, three-phase four-wire
2. Main motor 4KW, compensation motor 370W, workpiece rotation motor 2.2KW,
3. The equipment is equipped with an independent electrical control box for easy operation
4. Total power of the equipment is 21.2KW
IV. Automatic wax spraying device: Automatic wax spraying is completed during the automatic polishing process, and the amount of wax spraying can be adjusted at will
