This machine consists of polishing machine heads (eight groups), turntables, and electronic control parts.
a) The polishing part has eight polishing machine heads, which can be manually adjusted to rotate at any angle, and the polishing wheel rises and falls. The front and rear are controlled by compensation motors. (Features of the polishing machine head: the polishing wheel can rotate at any angle, and the wear of the polishing wheel can be automatically compensated). The polishing wheel has functions such as up and down swing, forward and backward swing or intermittent departure, and can be installed with sanding belts.
b) The turntable diameter is 1500-1800mm. 20-24 stations are installed on it, and the disc rotates through a precision divider. (Features of the disc: fast rotation speed, high precision, and fast polishing speed.)
c) The electronic control part adopts relay control circuit and knob control method, which is simple to operate and has stable performance.
d) Wax spraying is automated, saving labor, and the amount of wax spraying and the interval time of wax spraying can be adjusted.
